Production Manager

Job Summary

New York Embroidery Studio is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our apparel manufacturing process. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the apparel industry and be able to manage a team of production workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, from incoming materials to delivery

• Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently

• Manage a team of production workers

• Working with the QC manager, ensure that all quality standards are met

• Develop and implement production schedules

• Monitor production costs and adjust processes as needed

• Work with General Manager and others to ensure that production goals are met

• Ensure that all safety standards are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills – knowledge of Spanish or Chinese is preferred
